Hector Enrique Rodriguez Solis' Obituary
Hector Enrique Rodriguez Solis, age 36, passed away on Tuesday May 16, 2023. Hector was born to his loving mother Marta Solis and loving father Hector Rodriguez on August 29, 1986, in Mexico City, Mexico.
As a baby Hector’s gentle spirit, sparkling brown eyes, beautiful smile from cheek to cheek and full head of black hair were the most remarkable and sweet features that captured your heart and attention when you set eyes on him for the first time. He was a child showered with love and his happiness was contagious to all who met him. Hector was baptized in the Catholic Faith and as a child received his first communion. He was devoted to La Virgencita de Guadalupe and found great comfort in God’s love.
Early in life Hector moved to Dallas, TX., where he quickly learned English in grade school, about other cultures and customs, also getting rewarded for his studies with a trip to Six Flags in San Antonio, TX., that he happily enjoyed with his friends from childhood that even now he considered his cherished friends. Since childhood he had a great affection for Batman, and all its characters, and through the years collected pieces to his delight. Also, since childhood he had his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, following them through the years and seasons. Hector’s hobbies included his love for watching action movies, especially the Batman franchise and playing video games.
Hector graduated from W.T. White High School and pursued a dream to study to be a DJ, following a call to develop his musical talents with rap, having a couple of presentations in the local scene with his cherished friends side by side, with min in hand and receiving a big round of applause by his #1 fan, his mom...and friends and family.
During his growing years he worked for different fields and companies like Al-Amir, Simon David, Tom Thumb, Multimedia, El Rancho, Rio Grande, and A-One Bonds & More, where friends and network relationships developed. Hector had the dream of, in the future, developing his own company with his close friend and naming it “Word to Mouth” a graphics designs company.
Hector is survived by his mother Marta Solis, many uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
Hector loved his mother with all his heart; where he had a special place for her, forever...
