I worked with Heidei for about two years. Heidei was one of the people that I really looked forward to interacting with at work because she made work fun and interesting.

Heidei was a storehouse of knowledge and insight, a big personality who always told it like it is, and in just the right way. Heidei was always willing to pitch in and add that little bit of extra effort to take a task from “done” to “job well done”.

I’m still in shock and I can't believe she's gone. I know that she's leaving some big shoes unfilled professionally, and I'm sure the same is true for all who know her on a purely personal basis. Heidei Reynolds, you're gone too soon, and I miss you.

It's taken me a bit to write this as it still is such a shock. Heidei was a long term consultant of mine. She consistently demonstrated the spirit of helping clients beyond any contractual expectation. She was a loyal colleague. Heidei inspired others with her extensive knowledge of the industry, her passion for helping others and her commitment to making a difference.
To Heidei's family, please know she made a very positive difference in my life and I will cherish all of the wonderful memories she has added to my journey.

Heidei was a great energy that always lit up the conversation, at this point she would say something like "Russ you are so full of shit!" and that is the energy that I am talking about. So full of truth and just is who she is, loved that! She and I had a great working relationship and I enjoyed all of the conversations that we had about mortgage and about life in general. Heidei you are missed and leave a void in so many of our lives.

Reynolds Family,

I had the extreme pleasure and honor of working with Heidei on a couple of different projects in the Credit Union industry. I used to refer to her as "the encyclopedia of Fannie Mae". There is only one person in my mind that knew agency loans and knew them well and that was Heidei. She worked with me at two different Credit Unions to help us stand up Mortgage programs and we could NOT have done it without her! Heidei was a true master of her craft and she will be deeply missed! Thoughts, prayers and hugs from Arizona, which is where one of her very favorite restaurants was located (Pita Jungle)! When Heidei would visit AZ, she would be known to eat at Pita Jungle every day while she was here! My best to the Reynolds Family during this tough time.

I am so sad to hear this news. I had the pleasure of working with Heidei for a short time, that happened to be a difficult time in my life. I immediately felt her warmth and compassion nature as we got to know each other, chatting about our lives, sharing and laughing. We didn’t know each other long, but it seemed like we were old friends within minutes of meeting, which is so refreshing. I’ll remember her as a very bright lady, a good listener, advice giver and a kind soul. Deep condolences to her family and friends, and cheers to you, Heidei… you will be missed.
