Helen Louise Anderson's Obituary
Helen “Louise” Anderson was born May 12, 1922 in Desdemona, Texas to parents, O. G. and Emzie Erzell (Martin) Lawson. She passed away February 2, 2016 in Dallas, TX. She was 93 years of age. We are all so proud that God blessed us with this mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She set a high standard for any daughter,wife,mother and great grandmother. She was a beautiful lady both inside and out. A true lady in every way, overflowing with love for everyone. She taught us how to love unconditionally. She married Eldon on September 8, 1940 in Cisco,Texas. When he passed away they had been married 75 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Eldon D. Anderson and daughter-in-law Karen Lovejoy Anderson. She leaves behind to cherish her memory two devoted sons, Michael Anderson and wife Yolanda from Cisco,TX and David Anderson from Dallas,TX; granddaughters, Shannon Phillips from Shreveport LA, Amy Anderson from San Marcos,TX, and Kevyn Brooke Anderson from Dallas, TX; great grandchildren, Pierson, Betty and Anderson Phillips from Shreveport, LA; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends. The visitation for Helen Anderson will be from 1:30 to 3:30 PM Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be Monday, February 8, 2016 at 3:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home with Ken Byrd officiating. Following the service, there will be a short procession to Abbey Estates at Restland Memorial Park where she will be laid to rest beside her late husband. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
