Helen is survived by daughters, Twila Allen and husband Ray, Teresa Salais and husband Simon; sons, Gerald Rhea Swanson, Tate Swanson; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Rhea Tate, Emmett Ray Tate, C.M. Tate; and sister, Ruth Foster and husband Wayne. Services are pending at this time.
