Helen Pauline Bledsoe's Obituary
BLEDSOE, HELEN PAULINE, God took one of his angels to join him and Jesus in heaven. Helen Pauline Bledsoe was born on February 26, 1930 to Jack and Essie Swafford. She attended Forest High and shortly after graduation married Clayton Bledsoe on December 31, 1948. She worked in the insurance industry for a number of years for Blue Cross where she retired at the age of 59 to take care of Clayton. Helen or Polly as her family called her was the most generous person one could ever know. She will be dearly missed. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed yearly family vacations. Helen is survived by her daughters, Martha Cross and husband, Marlin and Paula Stone and husband, Butch; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation will be from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM, Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Restland Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dan Carroll officiating.
