Though the ages between Helen and myself was decades a part. Helen was so much fun to work with and I enjoyed working with Helen everyday. Helen and I worked together at a well known law firm in Dallas off of Preston Rd and Helen would crack us up everyday. Helen got a long with every one and I have to say she just made you smile. Helen was herself and had a way to catch you off guard with some of the things she would come up with and made you do a double take as if to think. Wait, what Helen did you just say that. When I learned Helen had passed away a lot of people she worked with many years ago did not know of this and wen I told them of Helen's passing they all had the same thought I did. What a great lady and I am so happy that I had that opportunity to know and be a friend of Helen Cannon. I wanted her family to know that Helen had I am sure more people out there then they thought who cared about her and thought so highly of Helen. One last thing. I am tearing up writing this because the picture that is attach to Helen's obituary is just how I remember her. Big hair and a great big smile. Thank you Helen for putting a nice light in people's day even if you didn't know you were doing that.
Thank you. Christopher.
