Helen Ruth Dunkin's Obituary
DUNKIN, HELEN RUTH CARR born May 28, 1917 in Attala County, MISS and passed away May 28, 2013 in Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell N. Dunkin. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marty and Jim McMillan; grandchildren: Cate McMillan, Megan, Arlo and Murray McMillan. Helen was an RN for 50 years working in Memphis, ST. Louis, New York and Dallas and was active in NTNA. She was nurse of the year in 1960. She was also active and a long time member of Highland Baptist Church, Tres Arts Study Club and Daughters of the American Revolution. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Highland Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Missions Fund at Highland Baptist Church.
