Helen Elaine Edwards' Obituary
EDWARDS, HELEN ELAINE LYNN, Our mother gently passed from this life into the waiting arms of her Savior The Lord Jesus Christ on January 30, 2007. Her passing was sudden-with her dignity, honor and her fine intellect intact, just as she wanted. She was a widow and is survived by her sister Janet; her Aunt Molly; her five children, Tommy, Susan, Carolyn, Jennifer and Jodi; her six grandchildren, Ryan, Russell, Isaiah, Hannah, Mia and Vanessa. She adored them and they her. She had recently bonded with Northside Baptist Church and there, she refreshed her God-given purpose, serving Him in many ways joyfully, even witnessing door to door. Her children and her spiritual pursuits are, in our eyes, her finest legacy. Matthew 5:16. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, February 1, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, February 2, 2007 at Northside Baptist Church, 2000 N. Denton Dr. Carrollton, TX 75006, 972/768-8200. Memorials may be made to Northside Baptist Church-Mission Room Fund at the address above.
