Helen Venable Egger was born on August 18, 1927, in Linden, Texas, and passed away March 28, 2017, in Allen, Texas. Helen was a longtime member of Colleyville Assembly of God. Preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Lester William Egger; parents, Richard Herman Venable and Goldie Icy Embrey; brothers, Arthur, Junior, Charles, and Billy Joe; sister, Eddie Ree. Helen is survived by her children (and spouses), Brenda (Pat) Boyd, Doug (Paula) Egger, and Cherri (Quint) Burks; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brothers, J.V. and Gene; sisters, Hazel and Annie Faye. The service for Helen Egger will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 2:30 PM at Colleyville Assembly of God, 4309 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034 with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment at Parker Memorial Cemetery in Grapevine, TX. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
