I'm so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. Helen Gunn was a very much part of our lives at Murphy Baptist Church where my son Charles Darling was Music Minister. When I became a stepmother myself I would refer back to childhood memories to judge how I would handle a difficult situation. She was such a strong willed woman that lived through so many hard times.
