Helen Jane Lowe's Obituary
Helen Jane Lowe was born in Detroit, Michigan March 25, 1922. She married William Lowe just after World War II. They moved to Dallas, Texas in 1952. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Lowe, her son Gerald W. Lowe, her son -In - law, Bruce Rogers and her two sisters, Hazel Boltwood and Jessie Maten. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Rogers, grand- daughter Katherine Rogers, daughter- in- law, Donna Lowe and sister -in-law , Grace Smith. She retired from Sanger Harris Department store and continued to meet for lunch once a month with the Retirees of Sanger Harris until her death. She loved the Lord, her church family, her family and friends. She took care of friends that lacked transportation or were shut ins' until her stroke at age 91 in 2013. She lived her life with unwavering love for the Lord and was a strong example of strength. She taught us to trust in the Lord, be independent, take responsibilities for our own actions and to care for others without bringing attention to ourselves.
Services for Helen Jane Lowe have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home, Visitation will start at 1:00 pm followed by the service at 2pm at Wildwood Chapel
