Helen Johnston Mullane's Obituary
Mullane, Helen Johnston – Born September 25, 1913 and passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 27, 2011. She is survived by her children, Eugene, Kitty and Michael, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, her sister, Jessica Cone, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Eugene James Mullane, sisters, Ann Thompson, Jean Couvillon and her brother James Lamb Johnston. Her grandfather, John Archibald Deal was founder of the St. Cyprian Episcopal Church in Franklin, NC in 1877. She had many interests; quilting, sewing and writing poetry, of which some was published. She was loved by everyone and had a great sense of humor, which she kept until the end. Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2011. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Holy Trinity by the Lake Episcopal Church, Heath, TX on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Restland Memorial Park.
