Henrietta McFarland Wilson's Obituary
Henrietta McFarland Wilson of Richardson, TX passed away March 14, 2018 at the age of 96. She was born in Pittsburg, OK on December 29, 1921 to Thomas Alexander McFarland and Nola McFarland. She graduated from Pittsburgh High School and from business school and then went by train to Washington D.C. to work for the Office of Price Administration during World War II. She later moved to Dallas where she married Rupert C. Wilson, her husband of 51 years. They moved to Richardson in 1955 where she worked for Collins Radio/Rockwell International until she retired. She and her husband were charter members of the Community Christian Church in Richardson.She is survived by her daughters, Karen Wilson Suttle and husband Wayne of Plano, TX, Sally Wilson Peters and husband Joseph (Pete) of Boeme, TX, grandchildren Will Suttle and wife Lauren of Kerrville, TX, Leslie Suttle McMahon and husband TJ of Pearland, TX, and great-grandchildren Reese McMahon, Londyn McMahon, and Greyson Suttle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rupert Wilson, her parents, her sisters, Cleo Lakey and Tommie Jean Wells, and her brother, Denver McFarland. Graveside service will take place Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Restland Memorial Cemetery.
