Herbert Rogers Wilson's Obituary
WILSON, HERBERT ROGERS Born, September 8, 1928 in Camden, Arkansas, passed away, August 14, 2011 in his Garland home from a long battle with cancer. He was a dedicated father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. Herbert was a Deacon at Trinity Baptist Church, Richardson, a 32nd Degree Mason and Shriner. In his final days, he also served as President, Resident’s Council, Chambrel, Senior Living. Herbert also served active duty in the United States Army during the Korean War. Herb is survived by his son Paul, brother Dale, daughter in-Law, Valerie, and Grand Children, Paul, Quinn and Laine. Service will be held at 3:00PM, Friday, August 19, 2011 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Visitation will be from 7:00-9:00PM, Thursday at Restland Funeral Home. In lieu of lowers, memorials may be made to ‘One Step at a Time’ at 317 Mockingbird Hill Lane, Rockwall, Texas 75032
