Herman E. Balka, Jr. passed on June 18, 2009. Survived by wife of 64 years, Willie Mae Balka. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2009; 12:30 pm at Restland Memorial Park followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00pm, Prestonwood Baptist Church, 6801 W. Park Blvd, Plano, TX.
