I met him at his home on a Thanksgiving day many years ago. My husband Jim and I are close friends with Rachel, Melvin and Juanita and were invited to stop by. We had so much fun sitting in the living room, watching football and cracking jokes. What a wonderful, loving person he was. We are thinking of the family at this difficult time and asking God for comfort.
