Cowan, Homer Harvey was born on June 01, 1944, in Chattanooga, TN and passed away on August 24, 2012 in Richardson, Texas. Preceded in death by parents, Homer Harvey Cowan Jr. and Ernestine Cowan; and daughter, Brooke Cowan. He is survived by wife, Connie Cowan; son, Homer Harvey Cowan IV; sister, Diane Mounkes and husband Robert; niece, Erica Pisciotta; great-nephew, Nicholas Pisciotta; nephews, Mark Slicker and Kevin Slicker; and In-Laws, Charles and Anna Hansen. Services will be held at 03:00 PM Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel . In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Make a Wish Foundation of North Texas.
