Horacio “Q” “Junior” Quiroz Jr., 43, of Frisco, Texas, passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. Horacio was born June 24, 1975 to Horacio Quiroz and Frances Castillo in Laredo, Texas.Junior married Esther Ariciaga on December 22, 2000 in Dallas, Texas. He was a Police Officer for the City of Dallas for 15 years. He was a member of the Dallas Police Association and National Law Enforcement Organization.Junior leaves a legacy of love and integrity with his family and those who knew him. He has left behind wonderful memories of a loving husband, father, son, friend and partner. We are grateful for each and every day we got to see his glowing smile and for the lessons learned and all the jokes we shared. We will miss him more than words can express.Junior is survived by his loving wife Esther Quiroz of Frisco, Texas, son Isaac Horacio Quiroz, of Frisco, Texas, parents Frances Castillo, of Austin, Texas, Horacio Quiroz Sr., of Frisco, Texas, sisters Nancy Garza and Jesel Quiroz, of Austin, TexasIn lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to NLLED at http://www.paypal.me/BlueGuardianfund .The visitation will be Friday, April 26, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Northwest Bible Church, 8505 Douglas Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75225. A reception will be held at Northwest Bible Church immediately following the funeral service.
