Howard Wayne Baltz, 96 years old, passed away on July 29, 2021, in Tucson, Arizona. He was born on January 21, 1925, in Oologah, Oklahoma to parents, James Alfred and Edna Baltz. Howard leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. He will be sincerely missed by his loving, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
A service at the graveside will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 10:00am; where he will be laid to rest next to his late wife, Johnnie Baltz.
