BURR, HOWARD FRANCIS born March 23, 1949 in Dallas, TX and passed away January 21, 2011 in Carrollton, TX. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Burr; daughter, Jennifer Burr; son, Christopher Burr; sister, Linda Weaver and husband, Huel. Howard lived in Dallas all of his life. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and a very loving father and husband. Service will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Grace Bible Church. Visitation will be from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Tuesday, at Restland Funeral Home.
