I am very sorry to learn of Professor Denemark’s passing. He was my law professor in law school back in 1993. He did give me tremendous advices and encouragement in legal writing. I was one of his best students in his seminar. I got a top grade in the seminar. Rest in peace. Condolences to his family and friends.
