It was always a pleasure to see and visit with Howard at Cele’s many HPHS Class of 1960 reunions and Christmas parties shared by many of our classmates throughout the years. Howard will be missed but always remembered by those of us who knew him.

I had been acquainted with Howard for over 25 years, first as a customer, then as someone that worked along side him for the licensing of our profession in the State of Texas. He was always very honest and plain spoken in both his praise and criticism. He was always a huge supporter of the industry and of me personally. Our grandfather, G. I. Fulton, worked for Hans Johnsen for 50 years. He loved the Johnsen family, and was so proud to see young Howard step up as president.
