Randy May's Obituary
Randy May, 72, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday June 14th, 2023. He was born in Dallas Texas on July 26, 1950 to Hilton and Dortha May. He lived in Carrollton Texas with his wife Tricia for the past 52 years. Randy served in both the Navy and Air Force Reserves for 11 years. He had a deep love for his family, his dogs and grand dogs. He had a life-long love of drag racing and was a proud member of the NHRA Safety Safari for over 10 years. Randy retired from Eastman Kodak-Konika Minolta in 2013 after 43 years of service.
Randy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend who touched the lives of many. His family and friends will remember him for his great sense of humor and his ability to tell a great story. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
Randy is survived by his wife of almost 52 years, Tricia May, daughters Angela (Blake), Stephanie (Greg), grandchildren, Brooke (Anthony) and Grant, pups, Otis and Roscoe, grand pups Mollie, Lizzie, Dutton, Tim, Bailey and great grand pup Winston.
He is preceded in death by his parents Hilton and Dortha May and his son, Brandon May.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 2:00PM on Saturday, June 24, 2023, in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. Interment in Restland Memorial Park will follow the celebration.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the SPCA in memory of Randy May.
