Howard W. Prier, 98, of Richardson, Texas entered into the presence of the Lord on December 25, 2020. He was preceded in death by his high school sweetheart and wife of 71 years, Anne McMinn Prier and by his beloved granddaughter, Read Obituary
Howard was unwavering in his devotion to God and family. My family and I were both blessed and honored by his steadfast leadership as a man and as a father to his children and our children and grandchildren. The lasting legacy of his life by example was extraordinary to his family and to the many lives of others he touched. I say with great admiration and respect that his influence on me was transforming and on my children and grandchildren. Rest in peace dear friend and father.
Howard had a tremendous impact and influence on my family and me. I witnessed in him a devotion to the Lord and love for His people that surpassed any I could imagine. Couple that with his sincere joy and obvious contentment, love for family and friends, and unsurpassed faithfulness, and you have a portrait of “Mr. Prier” as I saw him. He was not a waverer but always steady as she goes. We rejoice that he is in Paradise and send our sympathies to you, his family.
