Mr. Howard Lee Taylor, age 83, passed away peaceful on August 28, 2019,in Richardson, Texas. He was born on March 9, 1936, to his loving and thoughtful parents in Cooper, Texas. Mr. Howard Lee Taylor will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. At this time, a funeral service for Howard Taylor is scheduled for August 31, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Restland Wildwood Chapel, a graveside service to follow. Visitation will be held a day prior at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on August 30, 2019.
