Hubert Cressan Clark Jr.'s Obituary
Hubert C. Clark, Jr. had a 40 year career in building specialty sales in the Dallas area. He loved making new acquaintances and they soon became his friends. He was born in Houston, TX where he attended Lamar High School and lived near childhood friend, Alice Mae Gibbs, who later became his wife. Hubert, 84, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Friday, January 23 with family at his side. After high school, Hubert served as a naval gunner based on an aircraft carrier in the Pacific. He married Alice and completed his tour of duty in Florida. After discharge, Hubert attended Texas A & M where he played basketball and graduated in 1949. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Donna Conine and husband, Jim and by son, Dan Clark and wife, Tori, five grandsons and four great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 29 at 3:30 p.m. in Restland’s Wildwood Chapel.
