Hugh is survived by his wife, Judy Horton; daughter, Daphne McKee; son, Farest Horton; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and brother, Doug Horton. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 4, 2013 at North Cities United Pentecostal Church in Garland.
