Hugh Melvin Newton's Obituary
Air Force veteran of the Korean War, passed away August 28, 2008 in Upshur Manor Nursing Home in Gilmer and was a member of Oak Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Survived by his wife, Carol Newton of Gilmer; daughters, Toni Jenkins, Angela Crisp, Louann Ballesteros, Diane Duncan, Tricia Robinson; son, Allan Traughber; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
