born on January 13, 1917 in Whitt, TX and passed away on November 24, 2007 in Azle, TX. Ida is survived by her brother, Houston Murry, and wife Wanda; nephew, Bill Neill and wife Linda; great-nephew Matthew Neill; great-niece Allie Neill; nephew Larry Neill and wife Pam; great-nephew Keith Neill; great-niece Shelly Tuggle; nephew Carol King and wife Micky; nephew Mark C. Spears and wife Nancy; great-nephew Sean Russell Spears and brother-in-law Charles E. Spears. Ida always made those around her appreciate her goodness and happiness; she made you feel better when you were with her. Her love of all living creatures will be remembered. Long-time Dallas native, she worked in the fashion and clothing industry, specifically at the Orchid Shop in the Oaklawn area. Ida’s many friends and family members realized her expressions of beauty, kindness and compassion throughout her professional and personal life. Service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, November 29, in Restland’s Abbey Chapel with Father Ernie McAfee officiating. Visitation will be 7:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home.
