To Frank's family: I was fortunate enough to get to know Frank through the amateur radio hobby. I had many opportunities to spend time with Frank and get to know him. He was a great man and had a wonderful sense of humor. He will be missed by many. I am truly sorry for your loss. Made God take him in and keep him safe and sound.
