Dunavant, Ila Lee Young was born on September 13, 1924 in Winnsboro, TX and passed away on August 13, 2013 in Garland, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Houston Dunavant and son, Donald Marvin Dunavant. Ila is survived by daughter and her husband, Denise and Scott McFadden; daughter-in-law, Linda Dunavant; granddaughters and husbands, Dana and Neville Govender, Megin and Steven Danna, Cecilee and Eric Younes, Amber and Sean Macalik; and grandsons, Kevin Dunavant and James McFadden; sister, Reba Nichols, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend their warmest thanks and love to Marie Combs and Sharmayne Ragsdale for their love and care of our mom, granny, and meme for the last three and a half years. And, to Amber and Sean Macalik, there are truly no words left…never forget how much Meme loves you. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Axe Memorial United Methodist Church, Garland, TX.
