Ileana Caridad Rangel, 60, of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. She was born on September 29, 1957 to Reinerio Perez and Eusebia Vega in Havana, Cuba. Ileana married Javier Rangel, Sr. in Matehuala, SLP, Mexico.She is survived by her husband, Javiel Rangel, Sr. of Houston, Texas; daughters, Alexandra Rangel of Carrollton, Texas and Alyssa Rangel of Carrollton, Texas; son Javier Rangel, Jr. of Carrollton, Texas; brothers, Raul Vega of Carrollton, Texas and Abraham Perez of Katy, Texas; and one grandchild, Samuel Rangel of Carrollton, Texas. Ileana is preceded in death by her father, Reinerio Perez; and mother, Eusebia Vega.Everyone who met Ileana was captivated by her infectious personality and generous spirit. She loved her family and led her life as a truly selfless and remarkable woman. She will be fondly remembered as a loving mother, devoted sister, caring friend, amateur choreographer, and self-proclaimed comedian.We invite everyone to join us to in celebrating Ileana’s life at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1705 E. Peter’s Colony, Carrollton, TX 75007. A rosary service will be held on August 2nd, 2018 at 7:00 pm and a memorial mass will follow on August 3rd, 2018 at 4:30 pm.
