Imogene Barrow Turner's Obituary
TURNER, IMOGENE BARROW was born September 19, 1928 in Dallas, Texas and went to be with her Lord on April 25, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. Imogene was a long-time member and devoted Sunday School teacher at Hampton Place Baptist Church in Dallas. She was preceded in death by her parents Elbert and Mary Barrow, brother Cecil Barrow, sister, Opal Poturich, and granddaughter, Sara Dawn Turner. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 66 years, Jack, children, Ron and wife Trish, Shelley and husband Mark Kamphues, Wayne and wife Jill, sister, Barbara and husband J.B. Young, eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 29, 2011 from 6-8PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 1:30PM at Cockrell Hill Baptist Church, 1128 Cockrell Hill Rd. Dallas 75211. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Interment will be at 4:00PM at Restland.
