Ira Blith Henry's Obituary
Born March 6, 1927 in Texarkana, Texas and passed away July 9, 2017 in Mesquite, Texas. He was a World War II veteran and a retiree of Manor Bakery. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Juanita Henry. Ike is survived by his daughters, Shirley Benat, Sandra (and David) Benat, and Marilyn (and Ron) Hubbard; grandchildren: Marcy Steele, Lisa McMillen, Wayne (and Trisha) Benat, Allan Benat and Melanie Hubbard; great-grandchildren: Erica Steele, Jensen McMillen, Maddi McMillen, Brandon Benat, Graysen McMillen, Emersen McMillen, Blake Benat and Brian Benat; special nephew, Eddie Henry (and Jackie); sister, Francis Weatherford; Roe McBride; many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm, Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
