Irene R. Shipp was born on May 1, 1921, in Rich Hill, Missouri and passed away on October 6, 2016, in Hico,Texas. Irene is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Hayden Shipp. Irene is survived by her daughter, Carol Shipp Hengels; son, Paul Hayden Shipp; grandchildren, Heather Hengels Coe, Hayden Shipp, Lauren Shipp Robertson and Kristen Shipp Anderson; great-grandchildren, Seth Henderson and Angie Coe. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 9:30AM followed by a memorial service, at 11:00AM at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church at 9200 Inwood Rd, Dallas, Texas 75220. She will always be lovingly remembered. Donations may be made to Lovers Lane United Methodist Church . Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
