Iris Chancellor Moore's Obituary
Iris Chancellor Moore passed away peacefully on April 18, 2010. She was born July 14, 1934 in Klondike Texas to J. W. (Bill) and Grace Chancellor. She was married to Charles A. (Charlie) Moore for 29 years until his death in 1986. A graduate of East Texas State University, Iris taught elementary school for years and later assisted her husband in family businesses. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and three sisters. She is survived by four children: Teresa Titus and husband Mark; Laurie Pearce and husband Mike; Kay Mowry; and Chuck Moore. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren – Jack Livesay and wife Kathryn, Eric Mowry, Mark Livesay, Jason Pearce and Caitlyn Pearce. Services Wednesday at 3 p.m. Wildwood Chapel – Restland Funeral Home. Visitation on Tuesday from 6-8.
