DALLAS, TX – Irma Annette Butler was born to Oscar Kelly and Elsie Laurie Ingram on October 22, 1916 in Russelville, Arkansas. She passed away on November 22, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Irma is survived by her loving family and devoted friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.The family will receive visitors from 9:00AM to 8:00PM on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home. There will be a graveside service on Sunday, November 26, 2027 beginning at 11:00AM at Restland Cemetery.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
