Irma Kate Hicks' Obituary
Born in Trinity, LA on April 18, 1923 and passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Irma graduated from Block High School, Jonesville, LA and Centenary College, Shreveport, LA. She was a member of Lake Highlands Baptist Church, Dallas, TX. Irma was preceded in death by her sister, Rosa Sensintaffar. She is survived by her husband, Paul Hicks; sister, Louise Mitchell of Jonesville, La; nieces Rhetta Goebel of Atlanta, GA and Rosa Ann Sadler of Palm Bay, FL, nephew, David Y. Hicks of Dallas, TX and numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives. Services will be held at 2:30PM, Friday, January 2, 2009 at Lake Highlands Baptist Church, 642 Brookhurst, Dallas, TX with visitation 1 hour prior to service at the church.
