Ivey Charles Johnson's Obituary
JOHNSON, IVEY CHARLES Born August 15, 1940 in Dodge City, KS and passed away November 7, 2012 in Quitman, TX. Preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Lucinda Johnson; mother, Ethel Lee Hackler; and brother, Troy Gene Johnson. Ivey is survived by daughters, Deanna Lynn and partner, Elena Perez, Cindy Brock and husband, Ricky; grandchildren, Clayton Salas and wife, Kate, Holly Jackson, Emily Bridges, and Robert Johnson; great grandchildren, Natalie Salas, Patrick and Preston Ingram; brother, Boyd Baker; and numerous other family and friends. Ivey was an avid fisherman, hunter, and animal lover. He loved the outdoors and shared those times with a multitude of family and friends. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM, Sunday, November 11, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 12, 2012 at White Rock Community Church, 9353 Garland Rd. in Dallas.
