Izena Cleta Gardner's Obituary
GARDNER, IZENA C. Born June 14, 1921 in Ada, OK and passed away June 7, 2008 in Mesquite, TX. Mrs. Gardner retired from Richardson Independent School District after teaching 32 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guy B. Gardner; parents, Farrell and Ella Gardner; brother, Ancel Sales; grandson, Daniel Rattan and great granddaughter, Kierstyn Rattan. She is survived by her daughters, Dayna Rattan and Cleta Hamer; grandchildren, Stephen Rattan and wife, Lisa, Shannon Gauvin and husband, Gil, Clint Rattan and wife, Sarah, Jason Hamer and Amanda Hamer and fianc’, Jesse Hoffman; great grandchildren, Ryan Rattan, Shayna Rattan, Josh Gauvin, Zach Gauvin, Taylor Rattan, Brett Rattan, Zoe Wardlow, Dylan Hoffman and sister, Evelyn Johnson and husband, Raymond. The family would like to thank Tina Martin for her care of Mrs. Gardner. Memorials may be made to the Daystar Network, First Baptist Church of Richardson, TX and the Billy Graham Crusade. Visitation will be 6:30-8:30 PM, Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
