J.B. was one of the first people I met at Frito-Lay when I was transferred in the early 60's to Dallas. He was a pleasure to work with, always had a smile, patience, willing to answer questions and always availble; a true friend and associate. My deepest sympathy and condolence to all the family.

Immediately, I sensed the sweetest, kindest, most gentle spirit that I had perhaps ever known. As I talked with him and watched him talk with others,it became vividly clear that his gift was to pour out that spirit on everyone in his presence. That, to me, is the true mark of a pure heart. I know mere words can not capture a persons sprite or define them as a human being. I believe it is the feeling you get when you are with them defines them for you. In just a few minuets I could tell Mr. J.B. loved life,his family and having a good time every day. I only go to hear one of his stories and immediately looked froward to hearing more. He talked about chewing Tobacco and how his boss frowned on him for it and a few years later the roles were reversed and he was still chewing. I believe you are all blessed to have had him foe so long and I know he knew he was blessed for having a real family. I am sure we will all see him again and I believe I will then get to hear all his stories. Matt
