Jack Dean Cole's Obituary
Jack Dean Cole was born January 6, 1934 in Shawnee, Oklahoma and passed away May 11, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by parents Leonard Charles and Mamie S. Cole. He is survived by Claudette – his wife of 61 years, his brother Donald Cole, his son Chuck Cole and Chuck’s wife Mollie, his daughter Lisa Faulkinbury and her husband Mike, and three beautiful grandchildren: James and Katie Faulkinbury and Cecile Cole. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1954-1957. He married Claudette Pedigo on May 28, 1955. Jack graduated from SMU with a BBA in 1959. He had a long career in sales, retiring as a top salesman for Kimball Furniture Corporation. Jack was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend to so many. Family will receive friends on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 3 PM at Restland Funeral Home (Wildwood Chapel). Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
