Jack Carl Cunningham's Obituary
Born February 17, 1943 in Abilene, Texas and passed away on July 2, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Jack is survived by his wife Anne Cunningham; two daughters, Tammy Cunningham and Melinda Welch; his sister, Dorothy Kilpatrick; mother-in-law, Jean Swaim; and three granddaughters, Katie, Hannah, and Meredith. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association.
