Pst Jon Omondi
We, the Family of Pst Jon & Evelyn Omondi from Kisumu, Kenya, Do hereby send our condolences as we celebrate the Promotion to Glory of our Dear Friend, Dad and above All a Brother in Christ. We are deeply indebted to Papa Jack & Mom Connie for All the Great things that the Lord has done ever since the Good Lord miraculously connected us over a decade ago. In them we have witnessed the heart of Compassion. He would not be at the fore front in most occasions but dearly and cleverly played a Huge Role at the Background. Without His consent and support, I wonder whether we would be having a place to worship in our remote village of Nyarombe. Besides that, barely one year after the church was planted, the two partnered with the Lord and us towards establishing a school. It's unfortunate that Dad has rested with the Lord before he physically visits Kenya to see for himself the work that he voluntarily supported. We may not say it all over here but we want to say that we will miss a Dear Friend. Dady, thank you for being the conduit of blessings that the Lord made you to be. We are looking forward to a Happy Re union when the Trumpet shall sound. In our hearts you shall remain forever. To Jeric, Camille & Mom, we pray that the Lord will soothe and heal your wounded hearts even as you recover from the tragedy. Let this be a reminder to all of us that In this World, we have no permanent above. We are all sojourners and one day the Lord will take us home. Let's endeavour to fight the good fight of faith knowing that our work for the Lord is not in vain. Let's remember that "Whether we live or die, we are the Lords." Phil 1:13. Blessings!
