Jack Ray came to my rescue on many occasions but what I remember most was when I was 13 and visiting my Dad and step mother in San Marcus. They had a huge fight. I left the house and called Mom to come and get me. Mom told me later Jack drove 100 miles an hour with Mom and Wilma to come and get me. I was never so happy to see anybody! Loved my Uncle Jack. He had a heart of gold!
