Jack was born on October 29, 1919 and passed away on Monday November 7, 2011. Jack was a resident of Dallas, Tx. He is survived by wife, Ruth Stewart; son, Randall Stewart and wife Kathy; and daughter Lisa Cage. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm at Park Cities Baptist Church in the Ellis Chapel on Wednesday, November 09, 2011 with a reception following immediately after.
