Jackie Darlene Hendricks' Obituary
Jackie Hendricks, 88, passed away August 6, 2013. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born October 15, 1924 in McAlester, Oklahoma. She and Charles were longtime residents of Dallas and charter members of White Rock United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and her brothers, Lewis and Roy Traut. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Gavos and husband, Bob; son, Ken Hendricks and wife, Karen; grandchildren, Zach Gavos and wife, Kate, Josh Gavos and wife, Tara, Ross, Kristin, and Tanner Hendricks; great-grandchildren, Caroline and Jaxon Gavos; and sisters, Trudy Brackeen and Ella Dowd. Service will be held Friday, August 9, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Restland Abbey Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Community Hospice of Texas, 610 Western Place, Suite 105, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
