Jackie Palmer Kovsky's Obituary
Kovsky, Jackie Palmer, of Lake Dallas formerly of Dallas. Passed away on June 23, 2023. She is survived by step daughter, Rose Deerman of Canton, TX, step daughter and son in law Wanda and Gary King of Florida, step son Max Kovsky. Nephew Ike Palmer, and Niece Sarah Brattain and her husband Kenny Brattain. Many grand and great grandchildren, grand and great nieces and nephews. Widow of her beloved Sam Kovsky. She and Sam are now reunited. The family of Jackie would like to show gratitude to Carl Thomas, a dear longtime friend and neighbor of Sam and Jackie. Carl, looked after Jackie for many years after Jackie’s beloved Sam passed away in 1995. Carl has been a constant friend throughout the years. We thank you. The family would like to express gratitude for a new family friend that came into our lives as a caregiver to Jackie. Linda Dear instantly became family. She has been there through the hard times with us. How we got along this long without her, we will never know. We are eternally grateful for your love and care of Jackie, even when she wasn’t so lovable. She grew to love you and Bear. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Meals on Wheels of Denton County/Lake Dallas.
