Jacqueline Linville Cavanaugh “Honey” was born on March 1, 1942 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on December 4, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded her in death her granddaughter, Emma Rose; and her parents, Jack and Ruby Linville. Survived by her daughter, Leslie Cavanaugh Bird and husband Daryl; granddaughters, Savannah Grace and Amelia Faith; her son, Jeff Cavanaugh and wife Susan; granddaughter, Alyssa Lauren; her brother, Tommy Linville and wife Melinda; niece, Danica Linville; and numerous cousins. Jackie graduated with honors from Sunset High School and began her career at Southwestern Bell Telephone as a telephone operator. She retired with 31 years service at the young age of 48 in the Yellowpage advertising department. She loved to read and travel. Her greatest accomplishment was being a grandmother known as Honey. Memorials may be made to NTSAD for further research of Tay-Sachs. In memory of Jackie’s granddaughter Emma Rose.
