James Aaron O'Neal Sr.'s Obituary
James Aaron O’Neal Sr., died February 7, 2016 from complications following a heart attack. Born September 11, 1922 he was 93 years old. In World War II he served in the Marines in the South Pacific. After the war, he married the love of his life and worked at Neiman Marcus, Wings Luggage, and The French Company. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Sarah; his son, James, Jr.; his daughter, Kathy her huband, Bill Childers; their sons, Trevor and Aaron. Aaron’s wife, Christine, and three much loved great grandchildren; his neice, Rita Harden; Sarah’s brother, Lewis Lawson, and his generous family; and many neices and nephews. Visitation with the family will be at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue in Dallas on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Services for James will be held at Restland Funeral Home in The Memorial Chapel at 2:30 PM, Saturday, February 13, 2016. Sarah and her children thank the loving members of Hunters Glen Baptist Church in Plano for their aid and prayers. Whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.
